Our recipes are all family traditions, deep rooted in the San Marsano Valley, Naples. The Ferraro Family arrived in America during the 40s. With a small amount of money, given to them from their mother, the two Ferraro brothers used their passion for fresh food and mothers trust to create a legend. Today, the 2 nd generation of Ferraro's continue using the original recipes and methods to create dishes that are unlike anything else you have tasted.

Our secret family recipe for tomato pies demands that we only the best ingredients are used:

• Our plum tomatoes are D.O.T. stamped San Marano Valley;
• Our mozzarella is made from fresh curd,
• Thin and crispy crust made from hand rolled dough,
• Cooked in volcanic stone ovens,
• Fresh basil
• Virgin olive oil to finish.

The result shows that a thin crispy crust, fresh taste and a texture that is very different from common pizza.

The Ferraro family has been in business since 1960. In that time we have owned and operated over 15 locations including full service restaurants, pizzerias, delis and a food distribution business.
